01 · Visual Production
A representative selection of my visual production work, exploring different art directions, rendering intentions, and development goals. For confidentiality reasons, some recent or ongoing work cannot be shown publicly. This selection therefore presents a representative part of my visual research and creative approaches.
02 · Video Games
A selection of video game productions I contributed to as a 3D/2D artist, Lead Environment Artist, and Art Director, with work focused on visual production, world consistency, and artistic follow-up.
03 · ComfyUI
I use and improve ComfyUI workflows according to the production goals, for 2D, 3D, and video AI generation. These workflows allow me to integrate my own LoRAs, produce renders for art direction, and support my environment production team. They are also used to turn 2D research into 3D prototypes of worlds or props, in order to quickly validate intentions before real production.
Example workflow used to convert character concept art into a usable pose, in order to quickly test a character design intention before production.
Example of a workflow improvement to better control consistency between the input character image and the video output, especially identity, motion, and visual continuity.
Example workflow that turns an LD blockout into an environment image using a specific LoRA, to prototype mood and validate a direction before production.
Example of 3D AI generation for a prop, here a chest, from a source image converted into a 3D model usable for prototyping.
Second example of 3D AI generation for a prop, showing the conversion of an object design into a 3D volume for quick validation.
Example of 3D AI generation for a character, allowing a 2D visual to be turned into a 3D preview character.
04 · Tools
I use and develop custom tools to accelerate my production workflows, structure my datasets, track my AI training runs, and automate specific technical steps. The goal is to create solutions adapted to real production needs: more control, fewer manual steps, and better pipeline readability.
I use AI Toolkit on different models to train 2D and video LoRAs adapted to my production needs: characters, props, environments, visual styles, and image consistency. These training runs help accelerate iteration, better control generated results, and align AI outputs with a precise art direction.
I developed this tool to structure my captioning workflow and prepare LoRA datasets with more control. It centralizes pre-classification, manual correction, captioning from manifest, per-image hints, final editing, and caption quality control before training.
I develop small applications and custom ComfyUI nodes to accelerate and improve my workflow according to my needs. These tools allow me to automate technical tasks, save production time, and adapt my AI, 2D, and 3D pipelines to specific goals.
